Every AURA Jewellery piece is carefully crafted and prepared with attention to detail.

Some of our jewellery pieces are made-to-order and personalized specifically for you, while others are ready-to-ship items. Processing times may therefore vary depending on the product ordered.

Personalized jewellery requires additional craftsmanship, customization, and production time to ensure a refined and meaningful final result.

  • Standard shipping time after dispatch: 4–7 business days

Ready-to-Ship Jewellery

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Standard shipping time after dispatch: 4–7 business days

Shipping Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

We currently offer standard shipping only.

Shipping times may vary depending on:

AURA Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances outside our control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

However, once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is transferred to the carrier.


Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
