Personalization

Up to 10 characters per piece — letters, numbers, and a handful of symbols. We kept the limit tight on purpose: short names read better, age better, and stay legible at the small scale of a pendant or bracelet.

You can add up to 6 symbols mixed in with your letters. The set is intentionally small so each one carries weight:

Butterfly, paw, star, moon, cross, heart, and ampersand. Pick one — or string a few together for initials, a couple, or a pet's name.

Letters are limited to A–Z and 0–9. Accents (é, ñ, ü) and characters from other scripts aren't supported right now — they don't render well at this size and on this medium. We're working on it.

Yes — the personalizer on every product page shows your piece in real time as you type. What you see is what we make.

Each piece is made to order, so we start production quickly. Reach out within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do everything we can to adjust it before our team begins.

Materials & care

Our core pieces are crafted in solid 925 sterling silver, finished in 18k gold or rose gold plating, or kept in natural silver. Every plating is applied at a thickness designed to last with daily wear.

Yes. Our pieces are nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free. They're built to be worn against the skin, every day, including by people with sensitive skin.

You can shower with it without worry. We recommend taking it off for the pool, the ocean, and the gym — chlorine, salt, and sweat slowly dull any plating over time. Same goes for perfume and lotion: spray first, jewelry last.

A soft, dry cloth is enough to bring back the shine on most days. For a deeper clean, use warm water with a drop of mild soap, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Skip the toothbrush — bristles can scratch plating.

All fine jewelry — even pieces from the biggest houses — patinas over time. With care, our pieces stay bright for years. If a beloved piece dulls, write to us; we'll talk you through replating or refinishing options.

Every Aura piece is made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 4 business days before it ships — sometimes faster, never rushed.

Yes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no surprise customs fees, no extra charges at delivery.

You'll receive a tracking link by email when your piece ships. If anything looks off, write to us with your order number and we'll chase it down personally.

Returns, sizing & gifting

Because every piece is made specifically for one person, personalized orders are final sale. We don't take that lightly — that's why we built a live preview, why we cap personalization at 10 characters, and why we double-check every engraving before it leaves the workshop.

If something arrives different from what you ordered, write to us within 14 days and we'll remake it at no cost.

16 in / 40 cm: sits at the collarbone — classic, close to the throat
18 in / 45 cm: our most-loved length, falls just below the collarbone
20 in / 50 cm: rests on the upper chest — easy to layer

If in doubt, measure a necklace you already love and match it.

Wrap a soft tape measure around your wrist where the bracelet will sit, snug but not tight. Add roughly half an inch (1.5 cm) for an everyday fit. Most bracelets adjust within a 1-inch range so there's room to forgive a small guess.

Every Aura piece arrives in our signature gift box, ready to give — no extra step. You can add a personal note at checkout, and we'll print it on a card so it travels with the piece, never on the invoice.
